Can someone name off a couple of African American female Christian singers?

I am desperately trying to find a song. The words won't come to me but maybe if I have the name I'll figure it out. I'm thinking of a "big-boned" African American woman with short black hair.





The video I remember is when she's inside, singing about the rain, then it clears (I think) and she goes outside and everything is green and beautiful with trees and leaves and such. She's a famous singer, btw.
