THIS IS THE OFFICIAL TERM ON THE BOOKS IN THE U.S. CENSUS ..So nobody better give me a thumbs down..Latino is an ethnicity, Black is a RACE..So there is no point in looking at any other answers. You are BLACK , if you identify with latin culture you are ALSO hispanic. If you have a problem with it take it up with the U.S. census, not me..
